Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MornLift ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

MornLift is a daily affirmations iOS application that delivers personalized affirmations from a library of 960 handcrafted affirmations across 8 life categories. The app includes both free and premium features.

User Eligibility

MornLift is available to users aged 13 and older. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Free and Premium Tiers

Free Tier

The free tier includes daily personalized affirmations, all 8 categories, streak tracking, social sharing, up to 10 favorites, up to 3 custom affirmations, a fixed 7:00 AM reminder, and the Sunrise theme.

Premium Tier

Premium is available as a subscription at $2.99/month or $19.99/year. Premium unlocks unlimited favorites, unlimited custom affirmations, custom reminder times, all 4 visual themes, and home screen widgets.

Subscriptions and Payments

• All subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings (Settings > your name > Subscriptions).
• No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of any subscription period, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.

Intellectual Property

All content in MornLift, including but not limited to affirmations, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of MornLift and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without explicit written permission.

User-Generated Content

You may create custom affirmations within the app. You retain ownership of any content you create. By creating content in the app, you acknowledge that this content is stored locally on your device and optionally synced via iCloud.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the app or its content

Disclaimer of Warranties

MornLift is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. MornLift is a wellness tool and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MornLift and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of MornLift after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
